If you ever experience any trouble with your downloads, please know you’re not alone — this can happen sometimes depending on email filters or device settings. Most of the time, your digital files are sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout within just a few minutes. Occasionally, they may land in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder.  Your access link is often waiting there.

If you’ve checked and still don’t see your files, no worries — we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased. Every message is read with care, and we’ll work to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

  5. 🗂️ For iPhone/iPad users — if you open your files in GoodNotes or Notability, make sure the apps are updated to the latest version.
